Ingredients
2 cups brown rice
1 lb ground turkey
2 cans black beans
2 bell peppers, sliced
1 cup corn
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 avocado
Lime wedges for the seasoning
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp each: cumin, paprika, garlic powder
Salt to taste
Instructions
Cook rice with lime juice and cilantro
Season and cook ground turkey
Warm black beans with spices
Sauté peppers and corn
Divide ingredients between containers
