Ingredients

  • 8 large lettuce leaves

  • 8 oz Italian cold cuts

  • 4 oz provolone cheese

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 red onion, sliced

  • 1 cup pepperoncini

  • 8 oz cucumber slices

For the Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry lettuce leaves

  2. Layer meats and cheese

  3. Add sliced vegetables

  4. Roll in lettuce leaves

  5. Secure with toothpicks

  6. Pack pepperoncini separately

  7. Include dressing in container

  8. Keep chilled until lunch
